About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, curious, and proactive Revenue Systems Analyst to own the day-to-day health of our Salesforce-centered GTM stack while playing a crucial role in building and scaling the engine behind our fast-growing Go-To-Market team. This is a mid-level role perfect for someone with a few years of experience who wants to own significant technical and strategic responsibilities.

As a key member of the Business Operations team, you'll work at the intersection of systems, data, and process optimization. You'll dive into everything from territory planning, sales compensation, marketing operations, systems optimization, to forecasting. While you'll be the primary systems owner today, you could work with various teams to support complex projects, and this role will eventually expand into a team as we scale.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Salesforce Administration: Serve as primary admin for our Salesforce instance, managing permissions, automations, and data integrity
  • Manage Core GTM Stack: Own day-to-day operations and integrations for our critical tools Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach (and future tools) with gradual expansion to other systems
  • Drive Data Quality & Reporting: Build pipeline dashboards, implement data hygiene processes, and create automated reporting for executive reviews and QBRs
  • Improve Revenue Processes: Partner with GTM teams to surface and scope automation opportunities, optimize workflows, and document processes
  • Enable Sales Teams: Train users on new tools and processes, ensuring high adoption and gathering feedback for continuous improvement
  • Support Strategic Projects: Contribute to territory planning, capacity modeling, and other cross-functional initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years in Sales Operations, RevOps, Business Systems, Management Consulting or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent admin experience (Flows, SOQL)
  • Hands‑on ownership of at least one multi‑system GTM integration
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and opportunities
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and ship projects end‑to‑end
  • Clear communicator who bridges technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the overall revenue lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Apex, CPQ, or advanced routing
  • Knowledge of AI automation tools (Zapier, n8n)
  • Finance/accounting background or strong partnership experience
  • Experience at B2B SaaS companies in growth stage
  • Experience with Clay, Apollo or similar revenue orchestration tools

What Makes You Successful

  • Analytical Problem-Solver: You dig into data to find insights and root causes
  • Systems Thinker: You see how tools and processes connect across the business
  • Action-Oriented: You identify improvements and drive them to completion
  • Detail-Focused: You understand that small details in systems can have big revenue impacts
  • Business Savvy: You connect technical work to business outcomes and ROI
  • Collaborative: You build trust across teams and can influence without authority
  • Growth Mindset: You're excited to grow with the role as we scale

Salary Band:

$105,000 - $145,000 OTE
