About the Role
Are you a dynamic relationship builder with a passion for driving growth? We’re seeking a Partner Account Manager to support our ambitious expansion plans and strengthen relationships with key partners, including OEMs, ISVs, and Distributors. In this pivotal role, you’ll build on our past successes while identifying new opportunities to scale and establish impactful alliances.

You’ll play a vital role in building a portion of our channel revenue, forging new alliances across geographies, and driving impactful growth initiatives. Success in this role demands a strategic perspective on the evolving tech landscape and the ability to communicate the value of cutting-edge solutions.
What You'll be Doing:
- Cultivating relationships with channel partners to build a robust and consistent pipeline of opportunities for our sales team.
- Managing assigned partners, establishing strong connections with their sales teams, delivering product training, and collaborating closely—both in-person and virtually—to drive mutual success.
- Strategically evaluating potential partnerships to ensure alignment with our revenue growth objectives and business priorities.
- Advocating for our brand and solutions, while continuously identifying ways to add value to our partners and customers.
What We're Looking For
- Partnership Management Expertise: Proven experience managing partnerships and enterprise relationships, with a history of establishing new channel relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware and software ecosystems and deep understanding of channel structures, including OEMs, ISVs, Resellers, VARs, MSPs, and System Integrators.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and a commitment to impeccable data hygiene.
- Strategic Discipline: Highly organized and proactive, with a laser focus on driving measurable results and maintaining accountability.
- Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
- Channel Savvy: A deep understanding of channel and sales methodologies to optimize partnership outcomes.
- Startup Agility: Comfortable with the fast-paced, ever-evolving demands of a startup environment, thriving under pressure while maintaining adaptability and focus.
This role is a hybrid role. Employees will be in the office at our Bellevue, WA location 3 days a week and remote 2 days a week.
Salary Band:
$78,000 - $200,000 OTE
