We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager based out in India to onboard and manage our top Platinum Partners, including Zebra and Mobiwire across APAC. This role will be pivotal in overseeing relationships, ensuring effective collaboration, and driving mutual growth with our key partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reseller Onboarding:
- Onboard new regional distributor / reseller for priority OEM’s like Zebra
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key platinum partners, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for OEM (Zebra) and regional distributors/resellers, facilitating onboarding and ongoing support.
- Technical Demo:
- Provide technical demos to potential partners and prospects wherever required.
- Deal Registration Facilitation:
- Drive partner deal registrations to track and manage sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and support.
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs):
- Conduct regular QBRs with partners to assess performance, discuss challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
- Training and Enablement:
- Work closely with partners to enhance their ability to sell Esper through onsite training, enablement programs, and resources.
- Executive Engagement:
- Cultivate strong relationships with partner executives to foster successful partnerships and drive strategic initiatives.
- Sales Growth Opportunities:
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with partner executives.
- Partner Events:
- Organize and drive partner events across regions to promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the device management industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives and partners.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and build strong partnerships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and deal registration processes.
