About The Role
Esper is seeking a dynamic professional to assume dual ownership of both partner business strategy and technical enablement. This role will drive growth by combining GTM leadership with hands-on technical relationship management to empower our solution providers and OEM partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner Account Management Responsibilities:
- Fully manage both the technical and business relationships for two solution provider partners
- Own joint pipeline reviews, source Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs), and co-sell with partner teams.
- Help design and execute GTM strategy from a technical standpoint—aligning product capabilities with partner channel motion.
- Cultivate deep relationships with technical champions to support Esper adoption within partner device deployment projects.
- Travel (up to 40%) to visit customers and partners, assess the market, attend industry conferences, etc.
PTRM Responsibilities (Technical Relationship Management)
- Be the primary technical relationship manager across 5–6 OEM partners (see esper.io for details on key OEM partners)
- Maintain consistent meetings and collaborate with OEM/solution‑provider champions.
- Triage customer escalations involving Esper + partner support/SE teams.
- Support qualification, technical validation, and integration of new OEM Partner devices with Esper Seamless and supervisor plug-ins.
- Prioritize and manage device validation projects both for new OEM partners and key Esper customers.
- Serve as an internal resource and advocate for OEM partner hardware recommendations & questions
- Build out our OEM Technical partner package in collaboration with internal partner & engineering teams.
What Makes This Role Unique

- Tangible impact: You will build tools from the ground up (validation packages, readiness guides, internal enablement docs) that shape how Esper scales with hardware partners.
- Scalable technical strategy: You help define which partners we engage with and how to scale our platform across 100s of OEM devices.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years managing technical or ecosystem partnerships
- Comfort working with solution providers and OEM hardware teams
- Strong track record in device integrations, validations, and escalations
- Ability to translate product technical value into profitability and pipeline results
- Excellent at documentation tools, internal enablement, and GTM strategy
- Success in the role:
- Close multi-partner joint Opportunities with full pipeline accountability
- High partner adoption and low friction in integration/device launches
- Reliable, repeatable OEM device validation and certification process
- Internal alignment on hardware recommendations expressed in enablement tools
- Consistent, GTM-driven outcomes—SQO creation, revenue acceleration, streamlined co-sell initiatives
Salary Band: $100,000 - $150,000 OTE
